Thermoset Carbon Paste (140°C, 100 ohm/sqr/25µm), 15-20 µm
One of the most innovative materials in the electronics and energy sectors is thermoset carbon paste, which can be printed in a single piece on a single screen. This innovative carbon-based polymer has outstanding printability, thermal stability, and conductivity. Utilising state-of-the-art research and manufacturing techniques, the paste is a major advancement in materials science and will contribute to the growing demand for high-performance conductive materials. The paste needs to be dried at a low temperature (140 C) in order to obtain a sheet resistance of 100 /sqr/25m. Print structures should be processed in a convection oven for 30 to 60 minutes at 140 °C.
