Quantum dots made of indium phosphate have a diameter of less than 30 nm and are semiconductor particles. These quantum dots have exceptional photoluminescence, which gives them special optical and electrical features. InP QDs have a feature that sets them apart from the majority of quantum dots: they are less harmful and ecologically benign.The concentration of our goods is 25 mg/mL, 50 mg/mL, and 100 mg/mL.
