Graphene Quantum Dots (1mg/ml) (GQD)

Graphene quantum dots are nanoparticles, typically ranging in size from 2 to 20 nm, and smaller than 100 nm. Their remarkable qualities include high surface to volume ratios, remarkable biocompatibility, and electrical and photoluminescence capabilities. GQDs are highly amenable to dispersing in water. The energy band gaps of GQDs can be tuned by changing their dimensions. The photoluminescence of GQDs can be tuned in parallel with the band gap.
